We've assembled a short list of templates to serve as a starting point for further development by the ANSSRS community.

mTuitive OpNote Base Procedure Template

This template contains all the fields that mTuitive's customers, surgeon consultants, and staff have found essential to reporting on any procedure. mTuitive is allowing these fields into the public domain so that future work by the ANSSRS community can build upon this. Procedure-specific synoptic reporting templates should start with this, and experts can fill in the areas that are marked as procedure- or specialty-specific.
